Membership

Families living in the Paul Revere School neighborhood who are interested in becoming members of the Gary Comer Youth Center should contact our Membership Coordinator by phone (773) 358-4100 or email to obtain eligibilty requirements and copies of enrollment forms. Completed enrollment forms should be submitted to:

Members will receive information detailing their program schedule, dates for individual and full group orientation and parent orientation.

During or after orientation youth will receive their membership card and other center-related items.

All members must abide by and sign the Code of Conduct that will be reviewed during orientation.

There is a nominal annual membership fee. Scholarships are available.

Lost or stolen membership cards will be replaced for a $5.00 fee.

Class Registration

All students must complete the age-appropriate class registration form. Incomplete class registration forms will delay processing.
