Members will receive information detailing their program schedule, dates for individual and full group orientation and parent orientation. During or after orientation youth will receive their membership card and other center-related items. All members must abide by and sign the Code of Conduct that will be reviewed during orientation. Lost or stolen membership cards will be replaced for a $5.00 fee.
Member Benefits
Youth memberships include: access to all programs and services, individual academic coach (grades 3-8), teen employment opportunities, high school and college admissions counseling, free daily snack, free dinner (school year), free lunch (summer), summer camp eligibility, special events entry and admittance to Access Wellness Center (includes triage and nursing services and social emotional support services).
Class Registration
All current Youth Center members may enroll in their classes of choice on a quarterly basis. Please make sure to update your membership to ensure enrollment eligibility.
- Please review catalog for class descriptions.
- Select classes and complete the age-appropriate class registration form.
- Submit class registration forms in person to the Associate Program Director at the Youth Center or via e-mail.
- Incomplete class registration forms will delay processing.
- Summer Camp Registration will be open from April 15 – May 29, 2013.
2013 Summer Camp
The Youth Center’s Academic and Enrichment Summer Camp is open to students in grades 3-8. Summer camp operates from June 24th through August 2nd from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The summer camp fees include academic and enrichment programs; special events; a t-shirt; backpack, weekly field trips; lunch and snack. UPLIFT: Adult Membership
The UPLIFT program offers classes, workshops and activities specifically designed for parents and adults that impact the lives of our youth. Adult members may attend UPLIFT activities (both free and fee-oriented). Please refer to Events for upcoming listings.
